The Seller will manage the corresponding replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the legal warranty, assuming the return and reshipping costs.
If the order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, the Customer must notify the same email address so that the Seller can initiate an investigation with the transport company.
7. Right of Withdrawal
"In accordance with the TRLGDCU (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), as amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021 and by the Regulation transposing Directive (EU) 2019/2161, and in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673 on distance marketing of consumer financial services and strengthening consumer rights in the digital environment, a Customer who qualifies as a consumer has a period of 14 days. Calculation of the period: the period shall begin to run from the day on which the Customer, or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple deliveries, from the receipt of the last good.
Form of exercise: the Client may communicate their decision to withdraw through an unequivocal statement addressed to Vintage Online SL (by email to admin@the-vintage-collector.com or by postal mail to the indicated address), being able to use the model withdrawal form included in the Annex.
Online withdrawal button / function: in accordance with the new regulation strengthening consumer rights in distance contracting, the Seller makes available to the Client an easily accessible online withdrawal function on the website, which allows communicating the decision to withdraw electronically. After its exercise, the Seller will send an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium without delay.

Condition in which goods must be returned: the right of withdrawal requires that goods be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, and with their original packaging and seal intact. The Client will only be liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and operation, in accordance with article 108.2 of the TRLGDCU. Consequently, handling or using the product beyond what is necessary to check it may lead to a reduction in the amount to be reimbursed proportional to said decrease in value.
Specific exception for toys and sealed products (important): in accordance with article 103.e) of the TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products supplied sealed or stamped that have been unsealed, opened, or unpacked by the Client after delivery, when for reasons of health protection, hygiene, or safety they are not suitable to be returned. As these are toy products subject to child safety regulations, once the Client opens, removes the seal, blister, or factory stamp, or unpacks the toy, they will lose the right of withdrawal over said product, without prejudice to the legal guarantees indicated in the following section. Products whose original seal or packaging remains intact and unopened retain the right of withdrawal within the legal period.
Distinction from defective, damaged, or incorrect products (legal warranty): the loss of the right of withdrawal due to opening or unsealing does not in any case affect the Client's rights derived from the legal warranty of conformity. If the product received is broken, damaged, defective, incomplete, does not correspond to what was actually ordered, or presents any other lack of conformity, the Client will have the right —regardless of whether the product has been opened or unsealed— to have the Seller repair it, replace it, reduce the price or, where appropriate, resolve the contract with a refund of the amount paid, in accordance with articles 115 and following of the TRLGDCU. In these cases, the return and reshipping costs will be borne by the Seller. The Client must communicate the lack of conformity to admin@the-vintage-collector.com, providing, where appropriate, photographs or evidence of the condition of the product, within a reasonable period from when they detect it.
Other exceptions to the right of withdrawal: in accordance with article 103 of the TRLGDCU, withdrawal also does not apply, among other cases, regarding goods made to the Client's specifications or clearly personalized, nor sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery.
Consequences of withdrawal (where applicable): the Seller will refund all payments received, including ordinary delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which the decision to withdraw is informed, using the same means of payment used by the Client, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the Client presents proof of their return.
The Client must return the goods without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the communication of the withdrawal. [Indicate who assumes the direct cost of the return — by default, the Client in cases of withdrawal, unless the Seller decides to assume it]
8. Warranties
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for in the TRLGDCU. In the case of second-hand goods, and in accordance with article 120.4 of the TRLGDCU, the Seller and the Customer expressly agree on a warranty period of 1 year from delivery to report any lack of conformity.
9. Returns and Refunds
To return a product, whether exercising the right of withdrawal (where applicable) or due to a lack of conformity, the Customer must follow these steps:
Notify the return to admin@the-vintage-collector.com indicating the order number, or use the withdrawal button available on the website, and wait to receive instructions from the Seller.
Pack the product so that it travels protected, preferably in its original packaging or an equivalent that prevents damage during transport. Given the vintage and collector's nature of the products, extreme care in packaging is recommended and, where appropriate, securing the shipment. The Customer is responsible for the proper protection of the product during the return.
Send the product to the following returns address: Calle Benissa 7, Local – 03710 Calpe (Alicante)".
Once the product is received and its condition is verified, the Seller will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same method of payment used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise and at no additional cost to the Customer. The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within the legal time limits (14 calendar days in cases of withdrawal).
The Seller may withhold the refund until the product has been received or until the Customer provides proof of its return.
In cases of damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products, the return costs will be borne by the Seller. In cases of withdrawal, the direct cost of the return will be borne by the Customer.
10. Applicable Legislation
These Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. In relationships with consumers, the jurisdictions legally corresponding to them will apply.
